Higher Education Research Experiences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory for Faculty- opportunities to participate in a broad range of science and engineering activities in basic sciences, energy, and the environment


National Energy Technology Laboratory Faculty Research Participation Program- Opportunities to participate in ongoing energy research and development


Plum Island Animal Disease Center Research Participation Program (DHS)- opportunities to conduct research on foreign animal diseases


Research Participation Program for the Air Force Research Laboratory, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas (AFRL-BROOKS)- Includes opportunities to participate in ongoing research, development, testing, and evaluation projects at AFRL laboratories and through collaborations at various universities. Appointments may include graduate students; postgraduate (post BS; post MS); Postdoctoral; and faculty positions. Scientific staff of the AFRL identify and adopt developing technologies that will help the Air Force meet future operational needs by pursuing scientific research and technological developments.


U.S. Department of Homeland Security Domestic and International Research Opportunity Program- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Research Opportunity Program is designed to provide opportunities to conduct research in DHS mission relevant areas at DHS designated venues. These include both DHS laboratories and DHS-supported Centers of Excellence at selected universities. Participants are expected to conduct research related to the DHS mission.
