Description:   The NASA Postdoctoral Program (NPP) offers unique research opportunities at NASA Centers, NASA Headquarters, and other facilities to highly talented national and international scientists and engineers who have completed their doctorate degree. Eligibility:  No Citizenship Requirements. Foreign nationals must have a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status, Employment Authorization Document (EAD) with pending LPR status, or J-1 Visa status as a Research Scholar before beginning the fellowship.

Location(s):   Various locations across U. S.

Duration:   Anytime

Additional Duration Information:  One year appointments, renewable up to a total of three years

Frequency:  Continuing.

Awards made:  Approximatley 50 each year.

Deadline(s):  March 1, July 1, and November 1

Benefits:  Stipends start at $50,000 per year; partial support for medical insurance; $8,000 per year for professional and programmatic travel; limited support for relocation
